Just a couple of my poems

Time drips slowly past my eyes
Tears engulf my every sigh
Days waver their good byes
My life melts down in its deprive


Dreamy Days
Life's light foot steps seem to gently bend and sway
Time means nothing looking through this cool filtered haze
Mother nature smiles upon us in her flirty way.



I feel like a stranger in my own body
I’m in the wrong place, wrong time, and wrong life
I am suffocating in this existence
Drowning in this life
Skin crawls holding on to this soul
Some one shine a light
Help me find my way home.



Walking along this lonely road, I don’t know where I’m going
The further I look ahead the more I fall behind
Am I Just Treading Time?


The road is long I see no end
Hills to steep to climb Mountains to wide to go around
Am I Just Treading Time?


I look behind me and it seems like I haven’t taken a step
The past comes rushing towards me
The future I don’t see
Am I Just Treading Time?


Waves crashing around me are just emotions wanting to be free
Keep them locked in a treasure chest
So they will be safe from me
Am I Just Treading Time?

Reach out to touch love but
It quickly darts away
This heart is empty again
What a hollow day
Am I Just Treading Time?

Take these tears from my soul
And let me live again
Not down this spiral of despair as
I drown never to surface for air
Am I Just Treading Time?


Let me close my eyes and dream
Of wonderful thoughts
Shall I believe this fantasy is not a Jesters court

Or
