- I love to read, my kids, working with animals, Natural medicines, Aromatherapy, music, and just total relaxation.
- About Me:
- I love music, all kinds of music. I've always been a fan of punk music, and my tastes have expanded from there. I have a sister several years my senior, so I listen to a lot of 60's and 70's rock. I guess you could say I'm a fan of good music. At one point I only listened to music that tended to have a meaning to me, via the lyrics. Lately I've found myself listening to music that has a catchy beat or rhythm but doesn't really mean anything to me. I may listen to Jackson Browne and a few minutes later be listening to Metallica. I grew up with my brother playing drums in the house so I guess I just fell into the musical interests. I've always had band members hanging around the house kickin out the tunes. Now that we've all grown up and moved apart, I get my music fix via CDs, the radio and concerts.
The area I live is is socially and musically repressed!!!! We have no good clubs, few local concerts, and nothing to really draw them. So I typically have to drive hours just to see a decent show. My son and I drag each other to concerts regularly.

Jackson, MS show
Ok, lets just start out with, I feel like I got screwed on my tickets. I went through ticketmaster.com since I live 5-1/2 hrs away from the venue, and according to their seating chart the VIP seats are up close to the stage. General Admission seating, except the segregation between VIP and non-VIP areas. So I splurged, and bought the VIP tickets, with the mistaken impression I'd get closer to the stage.
